Fundraiser for Lynn & Bill Chmyzinski
Fundraising Event for Lynn and Bill Chmyzinski
We will have MUSIC and RAFFLES throughout the day. Food will also be available for purchase. Stop by and help us help Lynn and Bill!
These two wonderful people have been through so much in the past 3 years and we would like to help them get through these extremely tough times.
Back in March 2022 Lynn was diagnosed with Lymphoma and started treatment. She had her spleen removed in August 2022 after failing chemo and started on a new treatment that didn’t work. She had a CarT through Dana Farber in Summer 2023. Then after all that, her father passed away in August 2023.
Bill was diagnosed with Leukemia in August 2022 and started treatment, and had a bone marrow transplant in 2023. They were both in remission, however, Bill experienced various side effects from his transplant and has Graft Vs. Host disease. After starting new medication to help with symptoms he had a massive heart attack on July 4th weekend and had to have both legs amputated. After 2 weeks under sedation at Dartmouth Hitchcock, they were able to bring him out of sedation and now he is doing better but there is a very long road ahead including changes to their home so he can come home. We would like to help them out as much as possible with this fundraiser.
